Juan F. García Inc.

Eng. Juan F. Garcia (BSEE), founded this company that bears his name in San Juan, Puerto Rico in 1984, after twenty five years working in and for the construction industry. He participated in the American General Contractor (AGC), and presided in Puerto Rico Electrical Contractors Asociation (PRECA) and the Mechanical Contractor Asociation (MCA). 

Since graduating in 1959 from the Engineering School of the University of Puerto Rico (RUM), our founder was very active working with the radar system on the F-86 Super Sabre as member of the Puerto Rico National Guard, to working abroad places as far as Bolivia. He, helped build residential work to complex pharmaceutical projects.

Always concern with the workmen's job condition he established the following programs in his company;

1. Health insurance for workers and their families provided by our company.

2. Financial aid for workers with medical emergencies and educational subsidies for improve of the employees. 

3. Training personnel.

4. Provide good tools to perform a better and fast job.

His saying was "Do a good job and you will always have work". With that in mind, we do our best to honor his name and legacy by having these three ideals in mind;

1. Quality over quantity.

2. Take care of our workers.

3. Constanly improve ourselves.
